Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Melbourne

Everything is great here, had a very comfortable stay on my vacation. The staff are professional and accommodating people. There's a great bar at the hotel.

Booked a suite with central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven. Really enjoyed a bathtub in my private bathroom.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

Room was a basic low end room. Front desk staff and housekeeping were great.

Everything worked.

The smelly, dirty carpet was the biggest problem. Had to wear flip flops thru out the room or your feet would be black.

The stay was decent, especially the clean and accessible rooms. The staff was very attentive. I particularly enjoyed the varied breakfast options each morning. I noticed some maintenance issues that could use improvement.

Waiting for over two hours for room to be made up. A little seedy and dirty in the bathroom.

Housekeeping left their soda bottle in my room, didn't clean bathroom each day.

Very dirty...roaches in the room. Hotel staff friendly when you could find them. I rate this hotel very very poor..would never stay again.

We enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and went for some fun at Brunswick Harbour Lanes. The gym was perfect for our workout sessions between outings. Definitely a good spot for group trips and exploring the nearby attractions.

One downside was the musty carpet in our room, a bit uncomfortable at times. Just something to be aware of.

Pictures and description were very misleading, rooms and facility were old and not so nice/clean. The cleaning staff was incredibly rude, the woman that came to our room was nasty and rude.

The location was ideal because it was near to I95.

The surrounding area could be nicer, in terms landscaping.

I appreciated the clean and accessible rooms at Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Melbourne. The staff was attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed, and the breakfast options were really varied.

we needed a cheap and clean place to stay for one night, and that did the trick. it is not luxurious, it's not pretty and it's all concrete outside and oldfashioned inside but it was clean,the staff very friendly, there was complimentary breakfast and the location is near the highway. For an overnight stay its fine.
